agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read
them carefully before proceeding.

1. Products and Purchases
All products listed on the iKABiN™ website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products or modify prices at any time without prior notice. By placing an order, you confirm that all information
provided is accurate and complete.

2. Warranty
iKABiN™ offers a 2-year limited warranty on all kabins, effective from the date of original purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damages caused by
accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, alterations, or normal wear and
tear.

3. Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days from the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return:
-Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
-All accessories and documentation must be included.
-A 20% restocking fee will apply to all accepted returns. Shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise arranged.

4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after returned products are received, inspected,and approved by our team. Please allow 7–10  business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method. The restocking fee
will be deducted from the total refund amount.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and designs displayed on the ikabin™ website are the exclusive property of iKABiN™ and protected under intellectual property laws. No part of this website may be copied,reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
iKABiN™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability, in any case, will not exceed the amount paid for the
product in question.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
