Location Overview
Situated within one of Abu Dhabi’s leading government-linked innovation zones, the
organization was transitioning toward a flexible hybrid working model. Employees now alternated between home and office, typically attending in person 2–3 days per week. The leadership team aimed to make the office experience meaningful and efficient especially when compared to the convenience of remote work.This shift called for a workspace that could support rotating schedules, spontaneous
collaboration, and uninterrupted digital communication, all while preserving a cohesiveteam culture.

The Challenge
The traditional open office design was no longer suited for the fluid nature of hybrid
work. As employee attendance fluctuated throughout the week, the following issues
began to emerge:
i. There were no dedicated, private spaces for employees to take video calls or
virtual meetings — leading to noise disruptions and reduced professionalism.
ii. Desks were underutilized or sat empty for days, creating a misalignment between
floor space and occupancy.

The rollout was completed within one weekend, with no construction or disruption to normal office operations.
