booking experience from start to finish. Whether you’re reserving a space for
a quick meeting or a longer work session, our goal is to ensure every
transaction is handled with clarity and confidence.
1. Return Eligibility
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your iKABiN™
purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return:
-The product must be in its original condition.
-The product must be returned in the original packaging with all included
accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to
additional fees.
2. Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers
the costs associated with product inspection, handling, and refurbishment
to maintain our high-quality standards.
The restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product and verify that it meets all return
conditions:
-Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
– Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is
due to an error on our part.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
-Customized or special-order kabins
– Products showing signs of misuse, damage, or unauthorized
modifications
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned products back
to iKABiN™, unless the return is a result of a product defect or shipping
error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing
shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
6. Warranty Support
All iKABiN™ products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against
defects in materials and workmanship. If you believe your kabins has a
manufacturing defect, please contact us to begin a warranty claim.
7. Damage or Misuse
Refunds will not be issued if the guest is found to have violated our Terms
of Use, including misuse of the cabin, damage to property, or breaches of
safety protocols.
8. Payment Disputes
All refund requests must be submitted via sales@ikabin.com within 7 days
of the original check-in date. Any credit card disputes initiated without first
contacting iKabin™ may result in suspension from future bookings.
