All iKabin™ units come with a standard 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship related to:

  • Pre-installed furniture and fixtures (work surfaces, seating, storage)

The iKabin™ warranty is designed to protect against defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use. However, it does not cover issues caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic imperfections, or damage resulting from environmental exposure are not included. Additionally, third-party accessories not supplied or installed by iKabin™, as well as consumable or removable components, are excluded from warranty protection.

Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Misuse, negligence, or improper installation
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or fading
  • Damage from environmental factors (humidity, temperature, water)
  • Third-party or aftermarket accessories
  • Consumable parts like filters or light bulbs after normal usage limits

Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, customers must provide valid proof of purchase along with a clear description of the issue and supporting photographic evidence. Additionally, the cabin’s serial number or reference ID must be included to verify the product and expedite the claim process.
